Jason brings over 17 years of experience from the OEM industry, working directly with a wide range of businesses—from small local plumbers and landscapers to mid-sized service companies and large construction dealerships. Throughout his career, he has gained a deep understanding of how different businesses operate, what drives their cash flow, and the real-world payment challenges they face daily. Just as important, he’s built long-term relationships grounded in trust, communication, and a commitment to helping business owners succeed.
Across nearly two decades in the field, Jason kept seeing the same consistent problem: business owners were being underserved by traditional processors. Confusing contracts, excessive markups, hidden fees, and “one-size-fits-all” programs were costing companies money—and peace of mind. Recognizing the need for a more transparent and service-driven approach, he founded Pacer Processing Solutions to bring a better option to the marketplace.

Hi, I'm Dr. Zachary I graduated from Indiana University Dental School in 2005. Post-graduation, I served our country in the United States Air Force for 5 years, deploying to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. After fulfilling my service, I purchased my first dental practice, where I quickly realized that there was much more to running a successful practice than merely being a good clinician.
Within the first year or so, I shifted my focus to overhead reduction in an attempt to control costs without sacrificing clinical excellence. I quickly learned that there were many aspects of the business where doctors were being taken advantage of, one of the most evident being Credit Card Processing. As I researched the true cost of merchant services, I realized that it could be done better with more transparency, security, and fair treatment for all offices no matter their volume.
We Formed Pacer Processing as a means to educate and assist my colleagues by helping them control their overhead costs, give them reassurance of fair pricing, and provide secure technology that reduces the risk of credit card processing.

Jonathun is a determined entrepreneur with a career rooted in commercial banking and investment advising. Throughout his time in the financial sector, he built his reputation on exceptional customer service, transparency, and creating real value for the businesses he supported. His ability to simplify complex financial challenges and deliver practical solutions set him apart early in his career.
In 2016, Jonathun met Jason — a seasoned leader with more than 17 years of experience working with businesses of all sizes, from local trades and service companies to large national organizations. Both shared the same belief: small businesses deserve better, more transparent, more cost-effective payment solutions.
As they compared their backgrounds, they quickly recognized a major gap in the merchant-services industry. Business owners were being overcharged, overlooked, and underserved. It was at Tilson where Brooke developed her people-centered approach and built the operational discipline she still draws on today.
